This guy is incredible. I honestly havent met a business man more hardworking than Bald Head. I mean just look at him, his advertisements are the best around. I met John about 4 years ago. REAL ESTATE SALES ON THE UPSWING IN FRANKLIN NC!

Chatter, Chatter, Chatter, is what you would hear if you were within the circle of Realtors who work in Franklin NC. The real estate professionals in Franklin NC have been chattering either positive or negative about the local market conditions for the last 2 years. I believe if an "outsider" were to evesdrop on all this market speculation, that confusion would abound as to just what is really going on in Franklin NC and Macon County NC as regards real estate sales and activity.

The past 4 years has seen 50% or more of the 300 or so real estate professionals disappear from the local market here in Macon County. It is my personal opinion that the shedding of these 150 or so real estate agents is a normal phenomenon that occurs when the going gets tough and requires a real estate professional to work FULL TIME and more diligently than ever to serve clients with excellence. After all, in a booming market, it seems like anyone and everyone wants to become a real estate agent and cash in on the wave of sales that are occuring. But isn't that just like any other industry in "boom times"? Of course it is. The ones who work hard and are full time agents that succeed in creating sales are the envy of those who think it LOOKS EASY.. And thus there is a revolving door of agents quickly coming in and out of the market in persuit of this illusion of "easy pickings".. Yes Folks, success in any industry requires hard work, smart work, excellent customer service, full time attendence, and ongoing education if one is to be the "sought after professional".

A "Full Time" focused real estate professional, one who engages the industry as I've pointed out above will always be successful in helping people to acheive their real estate dreams and goals. After all, would you want a "Part Time" Pilot in the cockpit of a 747 navigating for you and your loved ones on a transatlantic flight, or a "Part Time" surgeon operating on your heart? Get the picture? As this market continues to evolve and real estate transactions become more difficult to procure because of new regulations in lending and other related industries, I predict that we will see a further shedding of agents who won't rise to the challenges or do the things necessary in order to be successful. The result will be a multitude of wonderful, full time, professional agents left standing, who will continue to serve their clients with excellence and professionalism unparalleled by their former colleagues.
